일부 프로그램에서 This application could not be stared 오류를 발생시키면서 프로그램이 작동하지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 윈도우를 설치하고 플레이어나 압축프로그램 같은 것 이외에도 컴퓨터를 프로그래밍하고 읽어 낼 수 있는 .Net Framwork를 설치해주지 않으면 MSVCP140.dll, vcruntime140.dll 같은 오류를 발생시키거나, This application could not be stared 이와 같은 오류를 발생시킵니다.

윈도우10에는 기본적으로 Net FrameWork 4에서 Net FrameWork 4.6까지는 설치가 되어 있습니다. 그러나, 그전 버전이나 그 이상의 버전은 설치되어 있지 않기 때문에 프로그래밍이 4 미만이거나 4.6 초과의 버전에서 프로그래밍이 된 것들은 문제가 생기기 마련이죠.
